I paid for a 24-hour delivery, but here I am, five days later, and still nothing has shown up! What’s going on?

So, I got my order and every single bottle was securely taped to prevent any leaks or spills. It showed up exactly when they said it would. I reached out via their website's chat feature, and since it was 7pm on a Saturday, I figured I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday. But, surprise! Just 2 minutes later, I got a response, and they addressed all my queries. Plus, I snagged my items for almost half the usual price. What’s not to love about this place? Whenever I’m ready to shop again, they’ll be my first choice, no doubt about it. A super professional and friendly company that really checks all the boxes. If only every business operated like this. Five stars across the board! Awesome communication with the store, and they were super helpful. I did run into an issue with my order, but it got resolved quickly. Also, the Aray 4 & 8 are fantastic; they cover the space from wall to wall with high PAR. The AC controller 69 is a brilliant piece of growing technology—definitely a must-have for 2023. It’ll keep your room or tent at just the right temperature and humidity.
